RETURN POLICY

• Returns must be initiated within 10 days of order shipment.

• Returns must shipped within 5 days of when the return or exchange is approved.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on purchases shipped to you. 

• This return policy applies to online sales only. 

All returns must be sent back to Performance Ski with a prepaid label within the timeline detailed above. Any COD returns will be refused and sent back to the customer. Please keep a tracking record to make sure we receive the return. 

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

Your approved refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days of the receipt of the return. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Performance Ski. Returns will not be accepted if shipped after 30 days from the day the order was originally shipped.
